Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

I cannot find enough words, Angelo from Zapiet spent almost 3, 4 hours with me on the chat trying to help me out configure some complicated issues for my business needs. He successfully and patiently helped me out configure the app to the best he could. Thank you soooo much to Zapiet, and I recommend this app for any business need pickup and delivery.

The Zapiet app is excellent — very user-friendly and powerful. While there are still a few small issues that can be improved, today I faced some technical challenges and the support I received was outstanding.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Sandy, who was incredibly kind, proactive, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to walk me through each point, and thanks to her, I feel much more confident in using the app.

Support is very good. They don't just send you the link to fix the issue, they actually do it for you.

Ran into some issues when first installing and setting up this up (likely caused by us not the software), but between their AI Chat and quick live merchant support specialist, Jayne, we were back up and running quickly. Although could use some improvements with bulk edits and changes, Zapeit P&D has a ton of features and excited to get setup completed and start using it on our new site.

Betty is patient, understanding and very detailed in going through the issues I was facing. She is always responsive and provides me straight to the point solutions to tackle my problem. I have not met such responsible and good service support team like her.

Zapiet is a great app, their support is phenomenal, especially Jessica.

We have very weird and strict shipping rules along with our in-house local delivery model and Zapiet have done everything required to the best of their abilities to make our unique specifications work the way we want.
