Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

As always, the Zapiet crew was amazing. Quick to respond and super helpful. Jeanette, Laura, Angelo & Leo were all so great. I can't say enough good things about their service or the app, which is invaluable to us and well worth the money!

Really good service, always there to help when you have a question and are quick to fix things or help. The app itself is brilliant, really flexible and covers all delivery options.

Ran into some trouble with internal notifications getting bogged down. Some emails were coming through 30 minutes late, some not at all. Pavlo helped me identify the issue being related to DKIM settings and helped me figure out the solution was in my DNS settings with my hosting service. Excellent customer service from Pavlo!

This app is the reason we switched our web hosting over to Shopify. Due to increased delivery demand during covid we needed a system to help with lead times, date pickers, and cutoffs to keep our load under control. The app works as promised and the support staff fixes issues almost immediately. We highly recommend! Updated to note the great customer service we received from Jessica; she was so great and helpful!

This app allows for lots of different pickup/delivery options which is wonderful, but the best part about it is the support team. They are always available, and I always get to talk to a real person who can a) walk me through what needs to be done b)do it for me, if needed, and c) tell me the ins and outs of the app - like how to get things set up. SO helpful!

This app along with the Zapiet app for delivery by Zip code has added much needed functionality to my store. I've been using it for many years. I often need help to get all the settings correct and today Gab sent me instructions on how to set it up.
Also, Support is always very responsive when I do have an issue.

We found this app and tested many other similar ones. What makes Zapiet stand out from the other apps besides the great function is their support team. Marija and the team took such great care in understanding our needs, finding creative solutions to help us. Thank you!! Highly recommend this app.

The Zapiet Pickup + Delivery app together with their Rates by Distance app has allowed our local delivery supply yard to move into the modern times. We're the only supply yard in our area to be able to offer local delivery online sales because of Zapiet. We've had a few issue over the years and each time we've gotten exceptional help from Jessica who quickly fixed the issues for us.

We use this app heavily for our delivery service company and it's been good to us. It's almost perfect but we believe it will get there between better synergy with Shopify and added features. Leo was my support today and he has been great. Quick answers and clear instructions, It doesn't go unseen.
