Jessica has been incredibly helpful, efficiently resolving all the issues we've encountered with Zapiet. We've been utilizing this application for several years, and only recently discovered some inaccuracies in our delivery service settings. The live chat experience with Jessica was outstanding, significantly enhancing our overall satisfaction with the service.

We are a 7 location retail business that services a wide territory outside of our local retail markets as well as we ship product well outside our territory. We couldn't do what we do without Zapiet! The app is seamless and extremely functional. We've used their support helpline a number of times and their staff have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help me! I haven't found an app that has been as impactful as Zapiet and with the support staff to back it up. Would recommend 10/10.

Zapiet's customer support is GREAT. Some of the best support I've had running e-commerce sites. Not only did they answer my questions, but they also suggested and helped me make improvements that I didn't even realize were problems. We have been using this app for years and love it. The features are great. Really expands upon Shopify's rather lackluster in-store pick-up options out-of-box.
We are currently upgrading to a Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme and had an issue with the widget not showing up on the cart page. I contacted support and Diego was extremely helpful. He had the issue fixed in just a few minutes. Thanks Zapiet team for the continued support!
