The App has a few glitches. Most of the time it works well. Best delivery app for Shopify. The support is 10/10. Best app support! They respond straight away and they fix things straight away.

i had a bug going on with the google api and zapiet.
i tried getting help with google and shopify but none were able to solve my problem. stephane helped me on zapiet's support chat.
he was amazing and got everything solved quickly.

Recent update to the app broke our checkout experience!! I wrote into Zapiet asking for help because customers were entering their delivery addresses and Zapiet was throwing errors for them maybe 10% of the time. The Zapiet team updated the app to the most recent version, and then 100% of delivery orders started erroring out. My business depends on this app because online sales is our main channel, but it's constantly breaking and it's sooo frustrating.
We cannot thank Jessica enough for her continued tech support and patience as we navigate our growing business! We never imagined the level of customizations this app afforded us, and Jessica guided us through all of the many offerings to help us achieve our business goals. Thank you Jessica!!!

For our needs, this application has shown to be the most feature rich and usable in its "space". None of their competitors provided the same feature set or usability. Additionally (and perhaps more importantly) their support team is top notch.
