We literally could not operate our business with out this app (or at least it would be significantly more difficult). This app is essential for any business that offers a combination of pick, delivery, and shipping. We have retail locations where we offer pickup of healthy prepared meals, local delivery that we deliver using an in-house team, and are getting set up to ship using 3rd party carriers. The app informs customers of these options as part of the checkout process in a seamless, easy to use way, and allows us to easily manage and fulfill the different kinds of orders on the back end. And a HUGE thank you to Sam for some of the quickest and most thorough customer service we've experienced. If there is a problem it gets fixed super quickly or a solution is queued for the dev team--they are very responsive to the feature requests of merchants. Thank you Zapiet team for creating such an essential app for our business!

I love their live-chat support 7 days a week. Representatives are really knowledgeable and help you setup your app settings directly. We had a conflict with shipping zones and María guided me & helped me better understand the settings when connecting this app to other apps such as Rates by Distance.

The app is pretty good and works as intended, but the REAL highlight is the stellar support team. They're always super helpful, thorough, and willing to investigate and figure out creative solutions to my unique shipping/delivery needs. They're also very proactive and have helped me with related tickets as well.

I decided to add Zapiet to my Shopify arsenal, as I needed to add a better system for structuring the pick up Dates and Times for my Catering Company. I was recommended this App, having never heard of it before. What a great choice. The App worked perfectly and the Support that I received from them was exceptional. Not only did they help me with the set up of the Date and Time facility but also when I wanted to add a Notes Box to my checkout page, they got that sorted out too in very quick time.
