I used the app to provide time and date picker at checkout for local delivery. the support team was very responsive and help me work the translation issues. Definitely recommended.

No support!!. Sent email at the beginning of April, we are in May and my issue still not sorted.
This is unacceptable. My store is busier than ever and because of the lack of support it is slowing down my delivery process.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in May.
As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.
We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

We are using this app to manage our Home Delivery (via carrier) and our Neighborhood Delivery (to community sites such as schools, churches, and site-hosts). It works perfectly for our unique need. Our garden club is on its second year of using Zapiet to schedule order pickup on Shopify. It is the only scheduler app that allows for pickup only. Zapiet support is readily available and very pleasant to work with. They are patient with us novices and they are thorough in the work the they do. They provide the necessary tutorial and walk us through the process. We are now ready to open our store.

Certainly solved delivery date confusion during covid. Only downside is the cost when converting to a weak Aussie dollar. Tech support by flora has been amazing. She Earnt them an extra star!

Click & Collect was driving us mad so we were so relieved when this app came to market. It's clean and very straightforward. Andy has helped us out every step of the way, good guy.
I had some troubles with the app after an updated rolled out. After a few emails, I decided to turn to Facebook for support. Support was quick and helpful. I would highly recommend the app as it simply works. Documentation is fantastic in their support forms as well.
We've used this app since day one for our pickups and delivery options. Now with the COVID-19 restrictions, we have had a relatively seamless transition into the world of contact-less commerce. Great support. Great app.
