Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Great support, and super helpful app for what I need!

This app along with the Zapiet app for delivery by Zip code has added much needed functionality to my store. I needed some help to get all the settings correct in the beginning but once it was all set up it has worked perfectly.
Also, Support has been very responsive when I do have an issue.

Kitty was very helpful in doing some minor customization work for me and guided me through a fix to correct an issue that I had when I was adding a new digital product.

The app works great and more importantly the customer service and expert knowledge of the app developer is wonderful. He helped me fix other issues within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this app and the app developer!

Zapiet is probably the best option for store pickups and deliveries. Setup is clean and the software is strong. Dealing with the support team has been a pleasure. Very resourceful and patient.

This app has been easy to set up. Help has been fast and accurate. Definitely recommend for managing orders.

This app has helped us provide solution to our business to add time slots to delivery. The support team are amazing at helping too. Being available at 6am has saved our bacon.

Update: After writing this I promptly received help from Andy who quickly resolved the problem and even took a look at other things to improve my use of this app. I am very satisfied with the resolution. I still would love if the app worked better with shopify shipping rates but I understand there is nothing they can do about this— and it’s still the best app for pickup and delivery.

Absolutely horrible. Unless you disable Shopify shipping rates (which many use because they provide heavy discounts) then the App doesn't function right. Customer service also won't personally look into your site to see what's going on and help fix anything.

We are using this for pick-up dates and times for orders. While we have yet to launch, the app does exactly as we need. Since we need it for pick-up only and not delivery, we needed a very specific type of app and this does the trick! Aside from a great app, the customer service is exceptional. The team helped me figure out what our issue was, which was a simple fix that my crew overlooked, and I have no doubt that if I ever have a problem in the future, Zapiet will answer as promptly and thoroughly as they did the first time.
