Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

We own a bakery / coffee shop, and use this app to facilitate our same-day and pre-order process. The functionality is great and the support is even better. There are a few missing features for our use case, but when I reach out to support they are able to tell me whether or not these things are on the backlog, which I appreciate very much. We are coming from Toast POS, so Shopify is a big change for us. But, this app is working great and handles our high volume shop really well. Love it!!

The only thing I will say as a "wish list" item, is that we do have to do a few weird and time-consuming work-arounds because of our use case. I would love if we could have the Product Date Restrictions feature support adding entire categories at once, instead of just 1 product at a time. That would save me so much manual work and be a real game-changer for our workflows! Other than that, this app is truly awesome!!

Great app, it works perfectly to sort orders by time. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Moreover, customer care is truly special. I have never seen such responsiveness and prepared people. Congrats!

Really love the new features on the app. We needed a reliable app that can allow our customers the option of picking it up from our warehouse or having it shipped to them. This app is solving a lot of problems for us. As a brick & mortar store who does not ship, Shopify has been an imperfect fit for us for the past 3 years. It's been one workaround/hack after another. But Store Pickup + Delivery is a game changer for us. It does exactly what we need it to do. It's very easy to configure, and the developer has provided an outstanding level of support to us. Andy has gone above and beyond, even fixing issues with our store that have nothing to do with the app. Thank you!

I use this app for delivery dates for my local business, I like how it integrates with delivery rates by zip codes to offer different delivery rates to customers in different areas and their support is excellent!
