I have requested help countless times regarding daily order limit and no answer. This has gone on for over a month. Perhaps this one star review will get your attention. We delivery the product we sell and can only deliver so much in a day. The daily limit is set but the orders keep adding up over and above the limit. I have to continually monitor and then block the day when it is too full. This needs to be fixed. paramount-nursery-inc.myshopify.com

Support are great and respond quickly. I would love the option to bulk manage locations, other than that. Great application. Bogi specifically has been very helpful! :)

We offer the ability to edit locations via CSV import for merchants on the Pro plan, however we do understand that where this works great for one business, it may not for another. We are constantly working on improving the the app based on our merchants' feedback about the features they want to see, so thank you for letting us know that this would be useful for you.

We have been using this plugin for a couple years as it is the only option that suits our unique needs. When it works, it works great. The problem is it goes through waves of not working. This has only become worse in the last few weeks.

Support is slow and they never take ownership of the faults in the app. I have provided evidence and shown how I have replicated issues that customers have had and will still receive feedback such as:

"It looks like the customer is doing ...." or "Shopify doesn't let us..."

It is obvious that the majority of issues stem from their servers being overloaded and lagging.

This app is responsible for significant losses in income for our business in the last month and we have chosen to wear the costs of converting to a different platform just to avoid using this app.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in May.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.

We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

This app was great for helping us with setting up store pickup and delivery. The team has also been absolutely amazing in responding in a timely manner and helping us with any kinks we've run into. Easy to use and would highly recommend. Kudos to this app and the whole team!!!

I sent an email on Saturday Night. Sam responded before the sun had risen that morning and got me set-up and ready to go before lunch on Sunday. Their response time and accuracy was Awesome! We have met two developers so far that we could certified with 6 stars! Andrew from Click & Collect and Gary from tag tray ;) Click and Collect is a great app for the people like us who also have physical stores. We have tried the “Shopify method” by adding shipping options. But we had so many confused customers that we had to remove this option.

Now, our clients are really happy with Click & Collect! They can easily chose one of our store locations to pick-up their favorite dresses up from. And also, they can save the cost of the shipping at the same time.

I just started using this app in the wake of the COVID-19 shutdown, and the ZAPIET team was amazing in the speed of their response in helping me get local pick up and delivery working properly on my theme, despite the fact I know they're swamped with new customers doing the same thing! So far the app is working well for us, and I'm grateful to have such a simple solution to quickly add pick-up and delivery options for my customers! Highly recommend!
