We are a small grocery convenience store. We use Zapiet to schedule local e-bike delivery and curbside pickup for orders placed through our website. I tried a couple other apps before Zapiet and found Zapiet by far has the best options in terms of: providing for both pickup and delivery, allowing scheduling of specific pickup and delivery times, limiting delivery to a particular zone based on driving distance. It integrates well with Shopify in terms of order fulfillment, tracking and customer communications. We did have an issue arise when the theme we were using was upgraded, which resulted in several coding conflicts with the Zapiet app. Zapiet was very responsive to our support requests, following up and escalating the issues until they were resolved. Great app and technical support, we are very satisfied.

This app helps us to fulfill different order dates where customers need to select their delivery date. We also had some great help from their customer support team to help us adapt some new products on the site, they were brilliant in coming up with solutions to our problem!

Hands down the most useful app we use! Its an absolute must for any business doing local deliveries and or store pickup orders. Our business is working towards shipping nationally as well - and this app integrates seamlessly with all three fulfillment options. I'm crazy picky from an aesthetic standpoint and Store Pickup + Delivery looks awesome from a design perspective. From a functional standpoint these developers have thought about damn near everything all the way down to the breakpoint hour on order deadlines. The last thing I'll brag about is their responsiveness - I contacted them with a question and I had a response within hours!!! So rare. If you're on the fence at all - take advantage of the free trial period and try this app!

For the first time I reached out to Zapiet support team because we are in the process of rolling out more stores as "store pickup" and we needed some clarifications so we can plan better our future rollouts and Jayne Forde had assisted us by answering all our questions in a timely manner- thank you for this great great support, really appreciated!

Without a shadow of a doubt this is the best customer service I have ever received.
I didn't think i was going to be able to get what i needed from the app, and the team at Zapiet just made everything work perfectly on the same day.
If you can't quite work things out, please please contact them on Facebook and they will do all the hard stuff for you.

I use this app for store pick up. We are not currently delivering. I wish it integrated better with the Shopify reporting system, as trying to sort to find the pick up date and time on orders is a bit cumbersome. I did require assistance and had a great experience with the IT help person to solve my problem.

The app itself is great and does all I need it to - the product specific cut offs and the ability to add more locations make it second to none. Everyone in the support team I've interacted with has been great, and this time specifically Jessica quickly resolved an issue for me when migrating to a new theme within a matter of minutes
