Great support! Helped with set up and updates. App works for all of the features that I need it to do

This app has been instrumental in our shift from an entirely in-person retail experience to a more diversified model (thanks to COVID-19). It takes considerable time to ensure that you have it configured just right --and it might not necessarily do everything the way you want-- but it's key that you take the time to understand it and test it after configuration. It's not safe to assume that the way you want something to work/function is always the 'best' way, so keep an open mind about customer workflows. After five weeks of use, this app has been a game-changer for our business. Also, the customer support team has been very helpful on a number of questions.

I am writing this review after having an issue... an issue that was not the fault of the app, but due in part to the accelerated speed of technology advancements, requirements, changes, and improvements - the alterations did not gel with the app I had previously installed (the update was available, but I am not proficient enough in the multistep revisions to save myself).
I use Shopify for my store, Store Pickup + Delivery is the ONLY app I can use to meet my specific and unique needs.

I called for help, and my call was answered! These guys are the real heros of today, not nearly enough credit goes to developers who keep our back of house operations running.
As technology advances, and changes occur more readily and applications have to talk to other code developed by outside developers, you need to have a dedicated team of caring and competent people on your side. I will stick with these guys for the long term, they have my business, they saved my rear in a critical situation and I could never ask for more than their excellent customer service, and knowledgable responses.

Sam you are absolutely amazing! Unfortunately I haven't spoken with Andy. But I'm sure he is just as awesome as Sam is! Sam was fantastic with answering pretty much every single question I had! Trust me I had plenty. All new to this, and Sam made me feel very comfortable with setting up store pickup + Deliveries! With just a two man operation they answered pretty quickly to e-mails. Which to me says a lot! Honestly, I would recommend this app if your looking for awesome people to work with and this amazing app for your website! It`s deffintly a game changer for sure! To the best of my knowledge, I tried all of the store pickup apps in the Shopify app store before picking this one. It fits our needs better than any of the others. We don't use all the features (delivery, tracking pickups within the app) so the price is a little high, but the ease of use for customers has cut down on confusion so much that it's still worth it. Recommend.

Super awesome. Definitely a must for all with brick and mortar store(s). This is the way the customer shops today, get information on the internet, purchase online and wah lah get item(s) same day. Just like what the big boys are doing. On top of that the support team is stellar. Thank you Sam and your team at Zapiet.
