The app is great for organizing orders for local pickup and delivery. We recently ran into problems integrating the program with a new theme, but the team at Zapiet was super responsive, helpful, and got us back up and running pretty quick again.

The Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery app is hands down the best. I have tried literally every delivery/pickup app available and nothing compares. Beyond being packed with features, the customer service is truly exceptional. Bravo, Zapiet.

Our store has pick up, local delivery and shipping available. Each collection qualifies for different shipping. I.e. some collections only can be shipped while others can only be for local delivery or pickup. While this function isn't available out of the box, the Zapiet team was super helpful in writing some custom code to do exactly what we needed and followed up to ensure they got it right! Their team have me great confidence.

Been enjoying this app for a while now and we find that it offers customers a convenient shopping experience based on their personal logistic preferences. The customer service is truly excellent. Ronan went above and beyond to assist me in implementing customised codes for a rather tricky campaign mechanic I had in mind. That was an unexpected surprise and I couldn't be more grateful. I love the way this app streamlines local pickup, shipping and delivery!! I had a oversight today that I needed assurance with and Maria was incredibly helpful to quickly remove the issue.

This is really working well for our store (https://www.autoskinz.com) as some products we carry can't be sold online. This allows us to offer and pay for those items online but finish the transaction in person. Great app!
