This has been a total lifesaver for our store. Since installing the team in support have answered any question raised. The system works great, and with a successful busy checkout, it keeps up with the volume of sale. Shopify had an issue and Support at Zapiet sorted the issue by their online chat - OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!!!!! Hats off to the team your amazing - keep developing it as much as possible - HIGHLY recommend.

We use this app for our bakery pre-order. Prior to this, we had to print each order and hang on one of seven clipboards for the day of the week when the order would be pickup up. It was a mess and we were constantly loosing orders when someone brushed by the clipboard! We also had a bunch of custom code that made changing our site require a developer. With Store Pickup + Delivery, there is no code, the customer experience is great, and we can export our orders by day using Exportify. The bakers use the Exportify spreadsheet as their production report and things have improved significantly. We can blackout days when we are closed, and use the blackout feature to stop orders when we start to hit our production limits. You can easily edit pickup dates and instructions. Great app!

This app is a great concept and our store depends on it to integrate pickup and delivery, but good luck if you ever have an issue and need support!
We spent the entire holiday season trying to get help with Zapiet order issues and two weeks later with the holiday season behind us still no "support"

It appears that you had a little trouble getting our Deliv integration activated on your store. There are several steps involved in getting the integration up and running, and multiple teams involved in the process. So it can take a little while to configure, especially during the holiday season. We are actively working with the Deliv team to streamline the setup process as much as possible.

After 2 yrs of trying to figure out why they don't offer actual US support during US hours, I am now losing business due to their lack of response. Since it takes 24 hrs for response, and only on UK time, I'm removing it. I need an app that actually has US or scheduled support, and phone # which they do not, and help for my business. Not worth the $

We are a UK based company but do offer extended hours of support into US timezones now with our team growing significantly this past year. We now have coverage from 8am-8pm EST Monday-Friday and 9am - 6pm through weekends, and are rapidly working our way towards been able to offer 24 hour global support. Our average response time is currently less than five hours.
Saying that this week has been a challenge as the majority of our team have been attending the annual Shopify’s Developers conference to learn about the latest updates on how we can make Store Pickup + Delivery better and more feature rich in the future.
We also now have an inbound support number (+1 (718) 568-5560) that is available for you to call anytime should you require urgent assistance.

This is the most important app I use! With that being said Zapiet having such an amazing customer service team has been crucial with an ever changing site and the ins and outs of adding new products and changing delivery methods. Ismail, Sam and Sandy are a crucial part of my team. Highly recommend this app!
Great for when you offer an array of things like delivery, shipping, and in-store pick-up, like our store does. Their app handles it all.
There support team is awesome, Thanks Everyone. I had an issue with the setup of other apps and could not get this app the work right. After some playing and adjusting we get everything to work!
