This is a great app with fantastic support. It allows us to control local delivery, store pick-up and shipping options with an enormous amount of complexity. We have been able to expand quickly using Zapiet because it works so well.

Further update: The team never disappoint us in the customer service area. Their prompt and accurate advice is very helpful in the fast paced online business area.

I am brand new to eCommerce or website building of any sort. When I went to install STORE PICKUP + DELIVERY to my Shopify store there were a few minor hiccups (caused by me of course). I was concerned because we are a florist (bethetwig.com) and it was 1 week before Valentine's day.

I contacted Zapiet technical support and they were amazing!!! Ismail, Sam and Sandy each were able to log in to the back end of my store and sort out the issues. I could not believe how simple they made the process for me. I do not have enough positive things to say about how easy they made this process for me. Thank you again Zapiet!

This app allowed us to carry some products on our online store, for pickup only, that we weren't able to provide to our customers in the past. Any support issue we have had were addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this app.

This app has enabled us to create popup locations for the safe selling of fresh chicken during the pandemic. We did encounter a problem with the app after an update. I reached out to Zapiet and they corrected the problem almost immediately. There quick response enables me to continue boasting of a 99.9% uptime. I would recommend all shopify users to look into this app that is easy to integrate and provides instant human support.

Ok these guys know there stuff and their support team is BOMB! Jessica helped me with multiple roadblocks and fixed them within minutes. I've used Zapiets products for 4 years now and love what they do. Thanks a million zapiet for turning a headache of a problem into a tirumph!

Extremely helpful team and a great app! They work with you every step of the way to make sure their app integrates as smoothly as possible into your workflow. We had some bumps in the road due to other apps, but Stephane was a huge help in getting all the kinks worked out and we were able to roll out local delivery for our shops! I never hesitate to reach out with a problem, and they are always happy to help, and always in a timely manner! It seems like they have helpful staff in every time zone because I have always been able to set up a zoom call or chat at my convenience.

The initial setup can be intimidating, but they will do as much as they possibly can to make it accessible and convenient.
