I was able to connect with somebody right when I was in the middle of a little crisis and Betty was so accommodating and was able to rectify the problem I was having with my rates and distance. Betty, was amazing. She was patient with us and has been providing very helpful support. She is quick to respond and get on a call when needed. I am not tech savvy but the customer service across the board helps me figure out if app is being buggy and resolves issue in real time. It is not often that we experience this level of high quality service in this industry. Totally worth my hard earned money. Try it out but make sure the app interface is working on mobile as well it is on your desktop because that's where the problem is likely to happen.
