my integrations randomly arnt connecting my orders to click and drop

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear that you have been having issues with your orders.

Your recent Shopify order on Thursday was imported successfully, and we have double checked the order feeds provided by Shopify and can't find any other orders that we are not importing. You have however manually created an order later on Thursday but from the Shopify order feeds there is no indication this was a Shopify order.

You may have missed the notifications on the Click & Drop Dashboard warning you about your Shopify setting being incorrect and orders therefore not being automatically updated in your store, and also a warning that you haven't marked your orders as Despatched which would similarly prevent store order updates.

To fix this please select the 'Mark orders as despatched on channel' on the Shopify integration settings at

https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/settings/channels/

and either set your orders as Despatched when you have despatched them, or alternatively set the 'Mark order as despatched when label is generated' setting on the Miscellaneous settings page found at

https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/settings/miscellaneous/

Taking these actions should hopefully resolve any issues you have been having not receiving Despatched notifications to your store orders.

I don't undertstand the negative reviews, when combined with an online business account this app is absolutely awesome! Support from RM to get up and running with mail collections is also first class. Highly recommend!

For such a big company that gets so much funding from UK taxes, it has so many bugs and slow to work and bad UX

Suddenly unsupported and is not integrating with my store anymore. What are we supposed to do. No information has been provided. Extremely inconvenient with no communication. Please update us immediately. Complete shambles.

App has been broken by Royal Mail team, it worked well until a few months ago, now there are multiple errors and the support team do not investigate issues.
Waiting for 2 months for issue that Royal Mail cannot process EU orders and now need to find an alternative.

Update: The Royal Mail response to reviews is quicker than support but false. It hasn't been resolved and I can't process or ship those orders. The issue remains and hasn't been investigated.

Thank you for your review. It looks like the small number of errors you refer to that occurred over a 30 min period earlier today stopped around lunchtime at the point you created a new Shopify integration in Click & Drop. If you still have problems automatically importing orders going forward please don't hesitate to contact our support team.

Regarding processing EU orders it seems that you have been shipping EU orders using Click & Drop recently, but if you are referring to a very specific use case please again don't hesitate to contact our support team.

Was working fine, then stopped syncing orders though. Nothing was uploading and none of the recommended "troubleshooting" steps worked. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. There is zero customer service help, so a completely pointless app at this point.

updated and downloaded the app and now I cannot see any new orders come through. waste of time. not sure what to do as there is no help and have to do everything manually.

The update to incorporate Click & Drop App has been a disaster, as the app is not compatible with Shopify and I have now lost access to all my previous orders - if you are going to do an update and require an app download, you need to make sure the app is compatible and accessible!! I will now be forced to switch from Royal Mail, having successfully used Royal Mail and Shopify for the past two years

Update: Yes I deleted the integration upon your advice, but am unable to re-add the integration as it keeps taking me to the app download page and upon trying to download it says the app is not compatable with shopify.

Thank you for your review and really sorry to hear about the problems you have had. It looks like you haven't yet tried to create a new Shopify integration after deleting your previous problematic one, which may well solve your problem. If that still doesn't help then please contact our Customer Service team team who will investigate and try to rectify the problem for you.

Worst documentation ever in an app. Spent heaps of time setting up the shipping rules so that we could automate the process, then we get to the end of it to find out that if the order contains more than one product you have to enter the postage manually. Why not say that at the start ? The vast majority of our orders are for more than one item which is why we inserted all the weights and package sizes to account for that. A complete and utter waste of time. Edit. 23/10/23. Lack of reply noted, I guess when you get too big to care.....
