Absolute rubbish, works well for a week, then stops you from being able to make payments on card. Called RoyalMail Click & Drop Technical Team, said nothing they could do and had no clue why its happening, completely useless. Might as well not have them there....
Now I have to go back to royalmail.co.uk and fill out all the details manually, this is a joke. waste of time, avoid. Just wasted an hour...

Has worked perfectly for a couple of years. All of a sudden my Shopify orders are not pushing over to Click & Drop and no response to any of my messages from the help service, so I'm stuck having to manually add them.
Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
If your orders are not being imported into Click & Drop, the first thing we recommend checking is whether your Shopify integration is still connected. You can do this by going to Settings > Integrations and confirming that the Shopify integration is shown as active.
If the integration is not active, please try reconnecting it by selecting Update and Connect. If the issue persists, we recommend deleting the integration and then setting it up again from scratch.
If you continue to experience issues after completing these steps, please contact our support team at clickanddropsupport@royalmail.com, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

Not importing Shopify Orders as of today. Always glitching and often fails to generate postal label. When Ive emailed for support it's taken over 4 weeks previously.

From our checks, your Shopify account appears to be connected correctly. Once orders are received from Shopify, they should automatically flow through into Click & Drop.
