Meadbery

Clickpost Order Tracking is a waste of money. They charge you 45,000 INR as a minimum for 3 months + 10,000INR as One-time Development charges & their onboarding team will give you false information to make you onboard them. They promise you features which in reality do not exist, probably they didn't invest in educating their Sales Team well. It's been over 30 days since we paid for their development charges & they are still trying to identify a fix for their own software bugs. They have also made me buy 2 different subscriptions ( Approx 40,000 INR) from their available integration partners to enable basic functionalities like Click2Call & IVRS. Their tracking mechanism does not get updated on time and calling themselves World's #1 app for eCommerce post-purchase seems another grey-hat marketing gimmick. We have wasted a lot of time & money trusting this company. Our strong advice is to stay away from this. You might wonder, only 2 reviews (Both negative) including this one for World's #1 App, how shameful. Note: We are still waiting to get our refund, while they are taking their own sweet time to work on their problems.

Worthless app. They don't care about your money at all. Initially I wanted to use this app to see how it works. They said you have to pay minimum Rs.20,000 irrespective of your monthly order volume and $0.04 extra for every order if exceeds 5000 orders/month. Do u think people will pay that much if they aren't generating that much sales. Very poor customer service. Not recommended for small and medium businesses at all.
