We’ve been using Clickpost and it’s genuinely been super helpful. Customers can handle order edits themselves, and the post-purchase upsells have been a solid bonus for incremental revenue.
Setup was straightforward, everything’s been running smoothly, and support has been great too — the team was quick to respond and got us up and running fast.
Clickpost has been a game changer for our customer experience. Lots of our customers have come back and told us that they love this feature. We already edit 100+ orders monthly and has resulted in lower support tickets. What I appreciate is the flexibility, from modifying addresses to changing products and even adding upsells, it all just works. The team was very helpful with installation and setup. Just go for it!
A much needed solution to a very common support issue. Customers used to always reach out to us for changing their address or items, now they can edit it on their own. Multiple customers have reached out to us that they love this new feature! The team is superb with their support and responsiveness, and I keep seeing constant improvements in the product. Really happy with Clickpost so far. We added it mainly so customers could fix address/phone number mistakes after checkout and it's been super smooth. It has reduced our overall RTO upto 25%.
The setup was easy and didn't mess with our theme at all. I also like how clean the order editing flow looks on the customer side.
