Great tool. Easy to install and use. Really easy to quantify the value: Each time an order is edited is one call/email that I didn't have to manage. The customer service team is also really good, fast and responsive.

Works as described. I set an order editing window when customers can change/edit their own orders. They like it because it's fast and easy and I like it because it lowers my support tickets. Easily one of the best apps I have because it's easy to use and it gives both me and my customers what I want. It's a win/win app. The developers are always adding new features too, like upselling, that I appreciate. The more I can do within 1 app so I don't have to have a ton of apps, the better. I highly recommend.
