We’ve had a great experience using the ClickPost Order Editing app. It allows customers to easily update addresses, change sizes, or modify orders post-purchase, which has significantly reduced our support queries. Support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed.
Our experience with the app has been very positive so far. It integrates seamlessly with our Shopify store and empowers customers to manage their orders more effectively after checkout. It's a simple concept, but it delivers real value and helps streamline our day-to-day operations.
We tried a few similar apps before switching to Clickpost, but this one was much easier to set up and customize. The order editing experience is smooth for customers, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience for our store.
