The app has been a huge help to our support team. With Clickpost order editing we saved a lot of tickets, especially during the sale season. And what stood out was that they got us extra revenue through post purchase upsells, so that was a bonus! Their support is very prompt, and open to feedback.
Clickpost order editing has made our post purchase process so much better. Customers can now edit their orders without contacting support. Their upsells are a cherry on the top, and have increased our AOV. Real value for money, and absolutely great support from the team.
Works as described. I set an order editing window when customers can change/edit their own orders. They like it because it's fast and easy and I like it because it lowers my support tickets. Easily one of the best apps I have because it's easy to use and it gives both me and my customers what I want. It's a win/win app. The developers are always adding new features too, like upselling, that I appreciate. The more I can do within 1 app so I don't have to have a ton of apps, the better. I highly recommend.
