We’ve been using Clickpost and it’s genuinely been super helpful. Customers can handle order edits themselves, and the post-purchase upsells have been a solid bonus for incremental revenue.
Setup was straightforward, everything’s been running smoothly, and support has been great too — the team was quick to respond and got us up and running fast.

Clickpost has been a game changer for our customer experience. Lots of our customers have come back and told us that they love this feature. A much needed solution to a very common support issue. Customers used to always reach out to us for changing their address or items, now they can edit it on their own. Multiple customers have reached out to us that they love this new feature! The team is superb with their support and responsiveness, and I keep seeing constant improvements in the product.
