Since I didn't got an answer from support since 9 days - and there are no other contact options I try my luck here...
I would love to active the "Merchant paying" option for all our orders... but it seems to be a bit a blanc cheque. Can you tell me how to calculate / estimate the costs in advance? Our average order value is EUR 5'000 (starting at EUR 500 and up to EUR 50'000). Is it a % of order value? Or how can I calculate in advance what I will pay / offset?
Many thanks, Reto
PS: I will be happy to change the stars, if I get an answer
A successful and important project in which we are very happy to take part. Our contact person Robert was always there quickly with the setup. Are very satisfied!
Thanks for your kind words Norman, happy to hear the setup was easy. It's great to see the impact you're making on the climate together with your customers!
The integration of CO2OK is a great way to show our customers that we do things different than other brands. This is a perfect app to raise awareness for the impact of your purchases. Plus, a wide variety of great CO2 compensation projects to support. Thanks for making the app, and for the fast and friendly support. Very much recommended!
