The support team contacted me within 1 business day and fixed the error. It's a good sign, and the app works well again.

When the app has an urgent error, you cannot find any support online, even after submitting a support ticket, you will get an email to tell u that you need to wait more 5 business days -

We love this app! We were able to easily customize it to fit our branding and it's very simple to use, organize by store-type, and keep up to date using a synced google sheet. We have over 300 retail partners and everyone has been very happy to be included on our snazzy map! We get tons of compliments on it.

I recently had an issue with the map, which was completely unrelated to Closeby (it was a theme issue) and Matt at Closeby was wonderful and helped up get our cool map back up for the world to see. Five bazillion stars...We love our map and it's everything we could possibly ask for. Thank you Closeby!

THE BEST STORE LOCATOR APP EVER - *1-Year Review Update* I went through and tried all of the "Store Locator" apps on the Shopify market place and as somebody who has helped build large international multi-million dollar business on Shopify over the last six years, I have to say that Closeby surprises me! The locator is beautiful and intuitive, the implementation is excellent, and the Closeby Team is very open to feedback and always looking to improve their product. I think this is still really early days for Closeby, but I have no doubt they will become the top Store Locator in no time! - Update - One year later and CloseBy is totally rocking it! They've constantly been making small tweeks that have taken the product to a higher level. Hands down the best store locator and you'll see from the design and features that they are the best. Love the new addition of custom map Icons, they look super great our map with the custom map theme and really takes our dealer locator to another level.

I tried a few other similar apps but Closeby was a clear winner with it's customisability and free plan that is generous enough for small businesses to start with. The set up is done via MapBox which is unexpectedly easy and seamless. We didn't have any issues during our experience using Closeby and was able to allow customers to browse our locations beautifully. Will definitely use it again if the need arises in the future.

After comparing multiple store locator apps we've chosen Closeby. This app has a much better user experience compared to others.

10/10! This App is really user-friendly & intuitive. Love the clean layout which integrates seamlessly with our Shopify Store. The various customization options make it look like the Store Locator is part of our website and not a separate app. Also love the 5 free locations with the free plan, so we get to thoroughly test the app out. As a new business with 3 retailers carrying our products, we will be sure to pay for this app once we hit 5+ locations. Great work Closeby Team!

The support team is very reactive and helpful ! Great app however 5 locations for free is not enough...

Easy to create the map and it synced well once loaded to my page.
I did find it difficult to actually integrate into my shopify page, but had someone who is a bit more fluent integrate it for me. Again, once it is in ... it seamlessly synced when I added new location.

Worked great. Using a google sheet to sync the locations made it a lot simpler.
After having short troubles integrating the map on our website (due to a mistake from our side), the support was helpful and was able to identify the mistake. Overall great app!

Very happy with the app. As all the customisation is away from Shopify it was the only app I could find that allowed you to create your own page URL and embed the store finder (others forced you to use a fixed URL). Also, the ability to import and maintain locations via google sheets is very useful.
