The support team is very reactive and helpful ! Great app however 5 locations for free is not enough...

I tried a few other similar apps but Closeby was a clear winner with it's customisability and free plan that is generous enough for small businesses to start with. The set up is done via MapBox which is unexpectedly easy and seamless. We didn't have any issues during our experience using Closeby and was able to allow customers to browse our locations beautifully. Will definitely use it again if the need arises in the future.

10/10! This App is really user-friendly & intuitive. Love the clean layout which integrates seamlessly with our Shopify Store. The various customization options make it look like the Store Locator is part of our website and not a separate app. Also love the 5 free locations with the free plan, so we get to thoroughly test the app out. As a new business with 3 retailers carrying our products, we will be sure to pay for this app once we hit 5+ locations. Great work Closeby Team!

Extremely easy to use and setup quickly. It would be great if we could use the photo feature with the Google Spreadsheet integration. That's on my wish list, but doesn't diminish the quality of this app at all.

Quick, simple setup, and not nearly as expensive as the other store locator apps. The integration with Google Sheets is also really helpful.

This was so easy to install and our stockist page went from blah to BAM in a few hours. I love the different themes and templates if we want to change the look. Highly recommend!

Having searched for a store locator that supports our franchisee business, we like that Closeby has the location button on all pages. It's very easy to set up and support has been excellent on the minor queries that I have had so far.

Closeby is a very user-friendly and easy tool to integrate a map into your Shopify website. It's also nice that by making adjustments to the fonts and colors you can customize the map to your own style.

We've been wanting to add a store locator to our website for a long time and we've finally gotten around to it. We chose Closeby after reviewing a handful of Shopify apps because of the seemingly easy set up and the fact that it was low impact to our site speed. Adding in locations is super easy and customizing the map is pretty simple too. The only thing that I think could be worked on is the glitch when attempting to add multiple store locations at once and uploading a banner photo for each. I had to keep refreshing the page after adding one because trying to add two in a row would just never load. I also think the adding in of store hours could be simplified just a bit without having to do each day one by one. Overall, Closeby is great and we are happy with our choice!
