The support team contacted me within 1 business day and fixed the error. It's a good sign, and the app works well again.

When the app has an urgent error, you cannot find any support online, even after submitting a support ticket, you will get an email to tell u that you need to wait more 5 business days -

We love this app! We were able to easily customize it to fit our branding and it's very simple to use, organize by store-type, and keep up to date using a synced google sheet. We have over 300 retail partners and everyone has been very happy to be included on our snazzy map! We get tons of compliments on it.

I recently had an issue with the map, which was completely unrelated to Closeby (it was a theme issue) and Matt at Closeby was wonderful and helped up get our cool map back up for the world to see. Five bazillion stars...We love our map and it's everything we could possibly ask for. Thank you Closeby!
