Cloudinary AssetLink

Cloudinary AssetLink has been a great asset to our team & organization. It has significantly reduced manual work, especially during large product launches. Additionally, it has streamlined our Shopify product setup process through bulk image uploads and automated product linking.

Cloudinary has partnered with us on a custom metafield integration between Shopify and Cloudinary, improving asset organization and metadata management. This makes searching, filtering, and managing assets within Cloudinary much more efficient

Cloudinary AssetLink has worked very well for us. My team is able to link our product images to Shopify directly from the folder in Cloudinary.

We utilize structured metadata within Cloudinary to stay organized & the image links directly to the correct style in Shopify. The app hasn't been glitchy, even as they roll out helpful new features.

Support has been so responsive. It is always helpful to hear back quickly when we open a ticket, with either the solution/answer or with a confirmation (from a real person) that they are looking into our ticket. Our tickets have been answered within a business day, if not faster.

Cloudinary AssetLink has become an indispensable part of how we manage media for our Shopify store. It's genuinely a Swiss Army knife of an app, covering an impressively broad range of features in a single, well-integrated package.

On the fundamentals, it dramatically simplifies and streamlines the process of getting images and videos from Cloudinary into Shopify. What used to be a tedious, manual task is now fast and reliable. On top of that, it lets us take full advantage of structured metadata in Cloudinary, so our assets stay organized and consistently linked to the right products and variants.

And the team keeps pushing the app forward. One of the newest additions, the ability to generate product swatches and color samples directly from our Cloudinary assets, has been a great example of how much thought goes into features that solve real merchant problems.

What really sets AssetLink apart, though, is Cloudinary's commitment to customer success. Whenever we've raised a specific use case or asked for an adjustment, they've been remarkably quick to either ship a new feature or tweak existing functionality to better fit how we actually work. That level of responsiveness is rare, and it has made a real difference for us.
