XCloud Search & Product Filter

Excellent service from Nikita! We needed custom mobile filter styling and he quickly fixed the interactive issue. The XCloud filter works great for our apparel shop. Super responsive support team, would recommend!

We were looking for a filtering solution to expand the capabilities offered by the Shopify Search and Discovery app and to bypass its limitations. At the same time, we wanted Shopify to continue managing our product listings rather than handing that control over to a third-party provider (which is the case with most search and filter apps). XCloud handles all of this perfectly—and at a fair price. The support is also outstanding: every inquiry is addressed in a friendly, personalized manner, and even if an out-of-the-box feature is missing, they always try to find a way to meet the requirement. Besonders wichtig waren für uns eine zuverlässige Suche, flexible Filtermöglichkeiten und eine automatische Aktualisierung des Produktindex. Die Echtzeitindexierung funktioniert sehr gut und neue bzw. geänderte Produkte stehen praktisch sofort zur Verfügung.

Die App lässt sich gut in unser Warehouse-Theme integrieren und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Anpassung der Filter. Auch der Support reagiert schnell, kompetent und konkret auf technische Fragen.

We have several hundred thousand products on our store, and the app handles them with ease. What I also found extremely helpful was the API that this app provides to run search requests, which makes it easy to build customized sections or search pages and make use of the detailed filtering that this app provides. Nikita from support has always been extremely quick to answer and always spot on with help. I highly recommend!

This app solved so many problems for us! We use combined listings instead of Shopify's native variants and that totally messed up our search engine - I was wasting so much time boosting products and doing customer support for people who couldn't find what they wanted. Now the Search works perfectly, and it's very easy to find anything in the shop.

And that's not even why I got the app! That's just an added bonus. I got the app for advanced filtering options - we have a wide variety of product types and Shopify's native 25 filters were not doing it for us. I'm very happy with the way filters work in this app.
