I've used XCloud for years, across multiple websites. After an exhaustive review of similar apps, one realizes XCloud's combo of pricing and functionality provides the best value. Additionally, the customer service is great, attentive, responsive, and solutions based, without fail.

Great app, solves multiple issues that the platform own's Search & Discovery does not, such as sub-5k products per collections for filters to appear. Support is very quick to assist, and during the first 3 days of our trial, they sorted out all of the custom requirements we had. That's why I then pushed the Upgrade button. Highly recommended!

I have been using XCloud Search & Product Filter across my multiple stores, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most reliable apps I’ve ever installed. To activate the app, an upfront payment is required—which felt uncomfortably enforced. While setup is straightforward when using the default configuration, customizing the left sidebar proved unnecessarily complex. Additionally, real-time support was unavailable; the only contact option offered was email, which slowed resolution. Horrible support

We’d like to clarify that no upfront payment is required to use our app. Upon installation, we provide a 14-day free trial, and you are not charged unless you continue past the trial period — this is standard practice among many Shopify apps.

Regarding support, we did not receive any message from your store during your trial. Our support team is always available via email, and we’re happy to assist with customizations like adding filters to the left sidebar, tailored to any theme.
