Amazing App! The customer service is really good. Niki is very helpful and have helped me to customise how I want my sidebar to look. Will recommend for store with tons of items. Definitely will help your customer to look for what they want in a simple and efficient way.

OMG! This is a MUST HAVE! For a year I have been complaining about the limited use of the included search function on my shopify theme. If the word wasn't type exactly as entered the search results would be zero. This search app is AMAZING. It starts filtering as soon as the first letter is typed, and makes suggestions on spelling etc...GAME CHANGER! Well worth it.

We rarely write reviews, but after using this search app for over a year on two different themes and three different stores, we can say that the customer service here is outstanding, and the CloudSearch app is worth far more than the monthly cost. We previously used search apps from InstantSearch, Nextopia, and SLI systems, VERY expensive search app providers, and the customer service from Cloud Search beats them all. Every time we have had a question we have received an answer within hours, and had customizations to the code and search appearance implemented within 1 day. If you use tags and have a lot of product attributes well categorized, you will be able to do a lot with Cloud Search custom filtering. If you are just starting out, this app will grow with you. One of the things we like about CloudSearch is that it does not affect our page load speed. Highly recomended, and thank you to Nikita for always being so helpful!

This app does everything you need it to do regarding the search and filtering functions, but its real awesome feature is the support you get. This app works great in my store. Shopify search only works if the search term EXACTLY matches the product, but this app has made searching for products in my store so easy. Their filters also automatically pull product identifiers from the store, and set up is super easy. Their customer service is also top notch! They had the app automatically customized to fit my store theme.
