Great app! Even better support! It allows me to get a real insight into what my customers are looking for - any products I'm missing, or if I should adjust my product titles / descriptions.
I asked for some help installing the app with some custom features and they helped me straight away without a problem. 10 / 10!
Fantastic app and support. It's super customizable, and if you want to do something that isn't in their basic feature set, their support team is incredibly helpful and quick to respond!

In addition to being a great, easy search bar function the CloudSearch support team is incredible - they are super responsive and were very helpful getting our search bar to look and function exactly how we wanted it. THANK YOU SO MUCH CLOUDSEARCH you guys are awesome.
This app has only one job and it can't do it properly. By default, filters that already exist add new tags automatically, fact that it's not explained anywhere. However, if you create a new tag filter from scratch it won't do that (also not mentioned anywhere). You will go crazy not understanding why certain filters just reselect all tags out of nowhere. In addition to this, the UX is atrocious. When you edit a filter there is no "save" button, so whatever you did it's done. If you add too many collections to the filter where it should appear you can't see all of them, so you will need to remember them instead (absolutely great if you onboard someone new in the company and they can't see this, yay!). The more I use this app the more I feel it's really badly done. Also, customer service was kind of arrogant.

No more 'InstantSearch', this app is perfect (and FREE!) It looks great, nice and clean and works a treat. When I asked Support a question they replied extremely quickly. 5-stars across the board.
This app has been an incredible, much needed app for our site. Our customers are now able to navigate more easily through our products and search terms that are not in the product descriptions using the "synonyms" feature. Major game changer for conversion!
We are very satisfied with this app & service. The support is insanely fast and helpful. Nikita has helped us with a few adjustments (the same day we sent a message) and we are very happy with the result.
