Support has been excellent, fast and helpful. Every issue I've had they have solved. I feel confident using the app with my store.

Great app works well for us and the level of support is amazing! This app has helped our customer find exactly what they are looking for.
Only works around 10 % of the time. Most times it does not show any results. Very unreliable on my shopify 2.0 shop.
EDIT: Contacted the developer who literraly fixed the issues within minutes. Turns out the issue was with some code I had on my shop and now it works seemlessly.

We found that the issue was caused by a 3rd party code in your theme that was blocking all Javascript apps from loading in your store. We've removed the problematic code and the issue is now resolved. Would you be able to adjust your review accordingly?
Great app AND great technical support. I highly recommend. We tried a couple other prior search apps and the third time was a charm when we found CloudSearch.

Amazing filter and support! The filter was easy to integrate in our template and the team is super supportive to answer all questions and help with the setup.
I am currently on a paid plan and so far everything worked as expected, mobile friendly too!! Filters are highly customizable trough CSS. Search find everything, and the support was always very fast with answering my questions!
