We researched and found that Cloudshelf provides businesses the ability to create a self-service kiosk at a fraction of the cost compared to purchasing a kiosk set up. Cloudshelf has enabled us to provide an easy to use self-service platform for our in-store customers, simplifying our internal processed whilst simultaneously upgrading our customer-facing offerings.
With Cloudshelf, we are able to make it easy for customers to order products that are not available in-store to be dispatched to them (or friends & family!) without the hassle of leaving the store empty handed and needing to place an online order, or require a salesperson to arrange a special delivery order at the counter. Customers can browse our entire catalogue offered from our fulfilment centre and have their order dispatched to them with ease!
