This app and my customer service person Joseph made the experience sooooo smooth!! I would recommend this app to anyone who is trying to sync their inventory from shopify to your clover device, as the customer service rep does it all for you. You don't even have to wait on the chat while they complete. Joseph even checked back in next day to see if we had any questions. I thought that was stellar customer service!! Can you believe it also generates the sku numbers for you, totally cool.
This app made it very easy to sync POS and online store, they are very fast to answer any questions or concerns you may have. It also has a service to generate a SKU number if any product does not have one, making it simple to print out new labels! The consultant Thea was especially helpful with getting all of the products on our site matched together. She also answered every question I had in a timely and polite manner.
Joseph was amazing and very helpful with the whole process.
Arianne was more than helpful. She first offered to help me with my product sync, by doing it for me, than while the process was on going she instructed me on how to complete the process myself in the future.
She got back to me ,through live chat, with extremely prompt and professional replies in seconds each time. Which was supper impressive given the great number of questions I had.
