At the last hour before Cyber Monday, I accidentally synced my shopify backwards to my clover POS system, and I messed up my entire inventory. I really had no idea what I was going to do, as it was really my worst nightmare on the eve of a big holiday sales day. I was fussing around trying to figure out what to do, when I heard the chat box chime, and there was Normie, seemingly reading my mind that I needed help. This after I had already tried and failed to get help from clover. In any case, I explained what went wrong and Normie told me that she could likely reverse my mistake. She stayed on the line with me while she worked her magic, and within 5 minutes, my inventory was restored. I really can't believe it, frankly. And I can honestly say I've never had such quick, efficient customer service on a chat or otherwise. 5 Stars for QuickSync and Normie for sure!

I have to admit i was a bit skeptical at first but the customer service tech from clover really helped me out, he was very patient while my product was synced from one platform to another, he even kept me notified while it was doing its thing i will not call out his name but give an initial instead which is M. Huss very knowledgeable kind and customer service was all impactable, the kind anyone would want as a beginner business owner i cannot say anything but great things this man has done and i appreciate it all MH, you're a good man ad may good things come to you in the future KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I wanted to write a new review but didn't see the option. I was having some issues today and let me just tell you! Joseph was a lifesaver!! He stayed with me through the whole process and really put my mind at ease when I thought all was lost! Thank you so much Joseph for all your help!

I use this app to sync my inventory between Shopify and Clover. I love how it automatically generates SKU numbers but I wish it could place the items into their perspective categories in Clover. Syncing the first time takes a little bit but once you do it the first time it is very fast going forward. Their customer support is absolutely outstanding! I was actually working on my site on Sunday and the same rep that had helped me previously initiated a chat just to let me know she was there and ready to help. I was so grateful for her assistance!!
