I had just synced my clover dashboard to my shopify account and was immediately assisted by Joseph. I had no idea what I was doing, but he assisted me by making sure specific inventory was synced the way I wanted. He made the process so easy!

I had some issues when I synced Faire with Shopify and then Shopify wouldn't sync with Clover on some items (problem was multiple items with the same SKU. Joseph guided me through getting it going, and was very helpful.

Now, it linked my Clover to My Shopify just like I wanted it to do. I used the chat feature and Shea was able to walk it right on through. It was very convenient.
