I was performing my initial product sync and Omar, a QuickSync representative, sent me a message through their chatbot to introduce himself and offer assistance. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond and, most of all, human. In an age of automated-everything, I found this to be an incredibly proactive effort. If Omar is the standard that QuickSync upholds, the bar has been set high. I'm recommending this guy for a raise and a promotion.

Joseph was an awesome customer support specialist. We are utilizing this app for probably a different reason than most people but he was so helpful in getting everything set up and worked out for me!
I just got started using this product and can already see how it will help my small business increase sales and remove the panic of wondering if my inventory is correct between my storefront and online shop. The customer service was top notch with Omar who helped me get setup in 30 minutes (small 500 item shop) and answered questions and gave advice on how to move forward as my inventory was syncing. With what can be a confusing process, Omar made this transition smoother than I could have ever imagined and my store will be online in no time. I'm so glad I chose this app for the customer service alone. While I don't anticipate any problems aside from my own user error, I know QuickSync will be there to help as fast as possible so I can continue to make sales.
As I continued to work with this new app I had a couple more questions and again was greeted with an amazing customer service experience courtesy of Thea. Quick answers with actionable steps and I understand this program better. QuickSync is 2/2 on customer service excellence!
