Thea was helpful and swift. It only took 3 minutes to explain the problem and the situation was taken care of in about 15 minutes. After I was given step-by-step instructions to troubleshoot the issue if needed.

I had some issues when I synced Faire with Shopify and then Shopify wouldn't sync with Clover on some items (problem was multiple items with the same SKU. Joseph guided me through getting it going, and was very helpful.
Now, it linked my Clover to My Shopify just like I wanted it to do. I used the chat feature and Shea was able to walk it right on through. It was very convenient.
Everytime I chat with them, they are super helpful and get my issue fixed right away. Makes it very easy and much appreciated. Joseph is very helpful.
So far I have been very pleased with QuickSync for Clover. Joseph was able to help me through the process. Their response time is very fast.
