Clyde was purchased by Cover Genius, and ever since their customer service, functionality, and even primary business contact number have all simply stopped working. It's like it's entirely abandoned but they haven't changed anything. I've been emailing for weeks just to get contracts updating and I can't find a single person who works at the company who has been able to help me. I will update the review if anyone ever gets back to me.

Not Working. No Solution. No Customer Service. 1 month with this deal.
They not accepting new accounts for 60 months something i didn't heard until I contacted support. I literally had this app for a while and nothing showing on my products still. Im sure 6 months for me already pass.

They don't provide a UI to directly download invoices for bookkeeping.
my emails for invoices ended up ignored without answers.
I ended up removing the app since I can't continue with this low-quality support.

Our product is constantly evolving, and we now enable our retailers to automatically access their Invoices and Reconciliation files directly through our Dashboard.
they aren't accepting new accounts for 6 months. Something they don't tell you unless you reach out to the support team after wasting hours of your time trying to install and integrate the app.

It's just trash. I am building a drop shipping furniture store and whoever they are sent me a reply saying that I am not a good fit. TRASH!!!
