Clyde gives you the opportunity to offer an exceptional customer experience and peace of mind when customers need you most—when something goes wrong. And what's more, Clyde gives you the opportunity to increase average order value and revenue every time you sell a product.

Are my products coverable?

Eligibility is dependent on a number of factors, such as if a product has electrical or mechanical components, how it is used, and how claims would be resolved. In order to be eligible, products must have a minimum 14 day return policy and a 90-day limited warranty. Clyde protection plans are available to US consumers only.

Onboarding with Clyde

Onboarding with Clyde is simple: the first step is to install our app.

Our team will review your catalog and let you know via email if we offer a program that suits your business.

After we’ve reviewed and confirmed your store’s eligibility, you’ll complete onboarding by activating Clyde's calls-to-action (CTAs) for your site and connecting billing. While you finish onboarding, we’ll match your catalog to protection plans. If we encounter any issues while matching, a member of our Merchant Onboarding Team will reach out to you. Once you complete onboarding and your catalog has been matched, you’ll be all set to launch! We will email you to confirm that your store is live.
