CM Commerce: Email Marketing

Honestly a super well put together program! Been able to automate receipts, order processing and order fulfillment messages. Another feature I like is Conversio's ability to generate unique discount codes that have a set expiry time - these codes are automatically generated and integrated into your shopify store - they also expire by themselves. This creates an opportunity to get some leads while creating an incentive for customers to buy. The only thing I wish conversio would offer is text-based abandon cart messages. I know that it's nice to have pretty messages, but with abandon cart, "pretty messages" have a higher chance of going into someone's junk mail or "promo" folder.

So far this app has been awesome! It is limited with the free version but once I decided to upgrade to the paid version it was well worth it. A lot of other features opened up, like being able to send emails for abandoned carts. They also have templates I was able to use so I didn't have to start from scratch to create these emails. I love this app and would get it again.

This app makes it easy to collect email information for my customers. I am so thankful for this app!

This is such a great app - it is really a Swiss Army Knife of Shopify Apps. Beautiful receipts, easy product recommendations, simple to use newsletter, handy customer followups and product reviews ..... it takes a little bit of effort to get it set up correctly, but if you do you'll have a Marketing Automation system that can match what the world leading ecommerce sites do. I use this app to send receipt and promotions, I love how it automatically includes related items from your store to encourage customers buy more fro the store.

Really great App and proved it's money worth within the first week of using it. The people at conversio are also really helpful if you have any questions or issues. Within 24hours they resolved an issue that I had (the issue wasn't the app's fault). One of the biggest plusses for me is that in addition of creating a great email workflow they can also create customised discounts in shopify.

I used this app to help me streamline my email marketing. I really like how simple the recipes are. I would love it is I could do the reviews ones on my basic plan seeing that I'm such a new store. That is something that would really help.

works great! easy to understand and to use! used klaviyo before and switched to conversio because they got receipts aswell!

This is by far the best email platform for the money. Software works! Support Staff are there to help. other programs I have used do NOT compare. I give 10 Stars!

I'm really enjoying this app so far. It's pretty easy to use and the email templates are really nice. It's fantastic not having to come up with something completely new for each email. They also have a lot of suggested workflows to implement which is also incredibly helpful.
