i used this app to help me do emails and its so easy to use. Its very simple to set up and it took a huge pressure off of me to know that this app can take care of it for me.
I believe I have enough information to move forward with, it is frustrating that there is no one to call for help, no chat, and if you do ask a question, it will not be right away. I previously left a bad review because I was not finding the direct answers I needed I still admit it is frustrating trying to work real-time problems via delayed emails. Having an issue and possibly having to wait up to 3 hours to get a response if you have a major hang-up is not ideal for a website-ran business. I hope this company will change its approach to supporting its customers and at least provide some one-on-one, real-time support in getting started and understanding what can or can't be done, and how you can accomplish certain things. I've raised it to 3 stars in hopes that the information I was given is accurate and will help me accomplish what I'm attempting to do.
Be careful with this. Started immediately sending receipts (completely drafts) to my customers without my permission.
I enjoy the app so far, bit complex to setup but not impossible and think it will be a good fit for what the business want achieve.
Like the app and the interface, but my first impression was not the best because:
#1 the "receipt" shows up in google's promotions tab
#2 it doesn't automatically disable shopify's receipt notification, so customers are technically getting two receipts, which could lead to confusion
I have had a great experience with this app and their customer care department as well! The app is super helpful and allows your customer receive a super professional receipt of purchase with you logo and social network links on it.
I just finished setting up the app. Really easy to do and the fact that they allow you to extend the trial period is really a nice touch. I am still very early in my journey with my new Shopify store, so I cannot assess how effective the app is in bringing customers back to the abandoned carts, however, I trust that it will deliver.
I am still learning how to navigate and use this so I do not have an objective review to leave here.
Seems good so far. Shame it doesnt link to the original campaign monitor and acts as a stand alone product. makes pricing confusing! Won't allow for more than one store to be linked, so you need multiple subscription and separate email address for each CM Commerce.
