The app is very flexible and super easy to use. We use it for our newsletters. Very happy so far. I would recommend it.

We use Receiptful on www.toolanddyedesigns.com and absolutely love it! Easy install as well as configuration. Their team is also very helpful should you have questions etc.

Does more than you would expect. Awesome alternative since Shopify has not provided a tool like this. Only unfortunate that you can't deactivate the shopify email going out, but even then Receiptful has a great template to change that automatic shopify e-mail in a Thank you email instead, kind of masking the fact that customer receives 2 e-mails at once!

Super happy with Conversio. Allows us to put everything into one system (review requests, newsletters, product recommendations, etc) that we were patch-working together before.

Customer service is top-notch, too. Any problems we've run into, or tweaks we need to make is always taken care of it quickly.
