Nice app replaced a lot of apps we had

I've been trying to reach their team for 2 months to help us with downloading our customers' reviews and they don't provide any answer. I wouldn't recommend it. Poor app. Really disappointing.

Great app so far. Easy implemented and fast support. Would recommend. Could use some additional features like generating coupons on pop ups though.

I used this app to help me do an abandoned cart email campaign. I really like how it does allow me to set up so that my customers would receive a discount coupon after they purchase a product. I would recommend it. It would be nice if it did my website set up automatically for their customer service could have been better.

Works as promised. Nice customizable email platform that engages the customer and makes it easy to spread WoM. Thanks!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT HAS BEEN 6 DAYS AND THEY COULNDNT FIX MY PROBLEM. AND THEY DONT REPLY FOR LAST 3 DAYS!!

There's some fake reviews in here for sure. They have terrible customer service. Raise a ticket and wait a week for someone to send a link to a FAQ.. We went back to using the native Shopify tools that seemed to work a lot better.

This app will suck because they will remove the receipt on the free plan. what a fu*kin greedy people.

It's a good app however we found people placing first time order getting a receipt good for 10% on next purchase only to cancel their order and replace with coupon generated by receiptfull on newer order. It would be good if receiptful would cancel coupon generated if customer canceled order.
In addition far too many coupon codes are generated and results in difficulty finding coupons that have been manually entered.

I've used this app for several websites and it really is the best solution to get started with email marketing, reviews, UGC, automations, etc. Really enjoy working with this app, really easy to use.
