CM Commerce: Email Marketing

I can't even believe how well this app worked. 75% open rate was no joke, and upsells have increased. Impressed is an understatement!

Conversio have these amazing receipts that you can easily customize and automatically email to every single person that has purchased from your store. It has a discount coupon code with expiration date that brings urgency and these receipts turn my customers into RETURNED CUSTOMERS while I'm sleeping! If you have a Shopify store YOU MAST HAVE CONVERSIO!!!! And if you don't you literally burning your profit!!

I do like this service. It's free (for now). But they have to make money somehow... I do see them charging I just don't know how much.

They just came out with a new version expanding the way the templates can be customized.

The extra hooks that they give you ( recommended products and offering custom discounts)

Sure beats the plain text emails that shopify gives you.

User interface is great.

Support email and docs is great.

Cons
Using this service will result in the users getting a double email. (It's out of their control) as shopify won't allow you to stop their order notification. Support docs of this app will provide a workaround.

I'm not too much a fan of attachments going out in emails. They email a PDF invoice. I would much prefer a link. They say this may be a feature they add.

Conclusion: I'm going to continue to use it. I will wait for the price point to come out and make my decision from there.

Great product, very easy to set up and the emails look beautiful. Their support is also top-notch. They respond very quickly, understood my concerns and tackled them promptly. Would definitely recommend to other Shopify store owners as it integrates beautifully with the platform.

I am only using the receipt (free) part of the app, but I can say set up was easy. Even on the free plan, I was able to customize the look of my company's receipts to something I think will be useful for customers.
