Great app, four stars because several hotmail customers don't receive the receipt but overall works fine.

The receipts looks nice and helps with customer engagement. When designing receipt template, it needs to be made more clear how to integrate receipt with digital downloads.

While the email generated by receiptful is beautiful and informative, it was not clear to me that the ugly shopify email is sent out at the same time. The net effect is that the customer sees both emails. Its a Jeckel and Hyde situation.
Shopify really needs to install a suppress sending email option.
I strongly recommend that the template email should be changed to "We received your order and will be shipped promptly." The default makes it sound like your order was shipped the minute it was processed.
I tweaked the notification as a thanks for your order and we will send shipping details along shortly.

We're big fans of CM Commerce here. It has as many capabilities in an email provider/platform as you can want. It does take time to actually learn how to use all the capabilities however. We definitely recommend contacting them and getting some support from their end if you're stuck at any points in the set-up of automated emails and series process. We did that and we loved the support we got! Highly recommend CM :)

Easy to install and configure. Have not able to see how it helps in increasing sales by the % as marketed, but pretty sure it serves its functionality more than a receipt itself. This app is almost perfect for us. Adii is good. Thumbs up and all the best.

Great looking receipts. However the UX inside the app can be difficult to work with.

Good app and fairly straight-forward to use.

I LOVE the look of these receipts - and have seen some amazing results ( from others who have used it longer in getting TONS of sales from the coupons, follow-ups etc.
the ONLY thing I don't like is that changes I have made to templates have taken 3 or more times of re-doing to "take" - to be there next time I go in after saving my changes. I was using I/E and switched to Chrome, and same result - but after stumbling about a little managed to save the changes.
Support has been really great too!

We've not had many receipts sent at the moment, (hence only 4 stars), but from what we have seen so far, this app is brilliant. It seems to take the items in our store even at test stage to show you how powerful the receipts can be and I have to say, even the starting template looks fantastic. A lot better than the receipts we were sending out! Thank you for the app, we will look to use you guys again soon (cart abandonment items first I think).
