The robust receipts and the followup flow, ask for reviews, happy anniversary etc, are wonderful! I have seen a huge increase in the number of reviews I receive since adding Conversio to my store. The fact that I can share them on Twitter & Facebook is a big deal! I was using the free version of Yotpo before switching to Conversio and it would have cost me $400 a month with Yotpo if I wanted that capability. The one drawback is that my customers can only share the review via the email request I send them. They cannot go to my product page and leave a review directly on my website. The Newsletter template is fairly easy to use, but there are a few limitations as well. I'd like to implement a double opt-in when I import a list but that isn't possible as of yet. That being said, the support team is incredible and I'm sure the points that I mentioned will eventually be worked out.

I use this app to help me quickly and easily keep in touch with customers. I'm time poor so this app's integration with Shopify helps me to quickly segment my database so I can customise emails to first time buyers, active, lapsing customers etc. It saves me a boatload of time and brings me a measurable and solid ROI. I'd like to see some improvements to the campaign reporting. For instance, being able to see sales revenue in the campaign list, beside each campaign, without having to click on the campaign itself. And the interface is a little dated I feel.
But for the money, it's well worth it.

I used CM Commerce to set up successful automated email campaigns, workflows and newsletters that have helped to generate revenue for the company.
I hope they are able to implement the A/B testing feature soon because it is something we are looking forward to exploring.

Good design. Looks professional. Easy to use. It's awesome that it's free. That's why I'm keeping this app for my business! Definitely would recommend it.

The only thing that could be an issue is, your customer will receive 2 Order confirmations, instead of one from Receiptful only. That's because Shopify doesn't allow automatic notifications to be deactivated on your shop.

You can turn around this by changing the text of your Shopify "Order confirmation" into a "Thank you" message instead.
