Manque de transparence et pratiques discutables

Notre expérience avec Coco IA a été décevante. Nous avions convenu d’un test sur un mois, mais celui-ci n’a pas été respecté et l’abonnement a continué automatiquement sans notification claire.

Aucun email de facturation pour l’inactivité ne nous a été envoyé, ce qui nous donne vraiment l’impression d’une vente forcée. Lorsqu’on a demandé un remboursement, ils ont refusé, ce qui n’est pas une façon très honnête de procéder.

Nous voyons du potentiel dans leur outil, mais avec de telles pratiques, difficile de leur faire confiance. Une approche plus transparente et un meilleur service client auraient clairement changé la donne.
