This app works for me. Setup was quick, I connected my WhatsApp and set up the reminders, and that was it! One thing I wish I could choose when the messages go out (like after dinner time). But for free? It's perfect!
Installing this was way easier than I thought. Just connected my WhatsApp and set up the review reminders. Now it automatically asks customers for feedback after orders. Simple and works perfectly!
Even though my store isn’t finished, Coco WhatsApp lets me collect reviews. Customers share photos too. Helps me fix things early. Super useful!
