With Shopify stores recently experiences an influx of fraudulent COD orders through #MetaAds the CODFIRM COD Verification Suite has been an effective tool to combat this issue. The app works seamlessly first by identifying and tagging non verified COD orders and then by auto cancelling them within a set timeframe.
The app does have downtime but the support and technical teams are very supportive with getting the system back online efficiently.

We've tried multiple applications for COD Order verifications but most of them have failed to do their tasks accurately. Good one but not sure how to edit customise prepaid conversion widget, also unable to register to TRAI since jio page is throwing error for CIN, We have only LLPIN

I am an old user of CODfirm app and i can vouch for their services and customer care. It has helped us increase prepaid orders share as well as confirm orders and keeping customers updated about orders.
We've been using the app primarily for Whatsapp broadcasts and it's worked well for us. The customer support, especially Abhya has been super helpful and prompt for every new campaign. Would surely recommend it.
I have been using the CODfirm app for a while now and it's the best solutions for COD orders. COD orders can be confirmed using OTP and then we can also try to convert the same orders into a prepaid order by offering a little discount reducing overall RTO and impacting bottom line positively.

I can vouch for this app. i am using it from last 4 months and it has benefitted me a lot. Especially COD Convert feature helps me convert COD orders into prepaid orders and reduce RTO. Also the abandoned cart recovery works great. has recovered 18% of my abandoned carts through this app. Obviously there are other apps too for mails and text but this works best when it comes to recovering via WhatsApp. Only thing i can recommend is they can maybe come up with a full fledge SMS solutions where abandoned and tracking is sent via SMS too. but overall it's best
This app has partially solved a huge gap of COD return orders across India. I think feature like cart recovery via whatsapp worked best for us. We are still in the process of using this app on quantum of orders but overall the app is worth the cost. Justifies every bit of it.
This has been an amazing app.. I discovered it thru one of the FB groups and tried the free version of it. The set up is super simple & Hriday is very professional and supportive. Its been only 4 days and we could find 3 Fake COD orders worth large value and also converted 11 orders from COD to prepaid. The app is super amazing and fairly priced. I would 100 % Recommend all small to mid-size stores to try the App for personal experience. I am moving to PRO version and Looking forward to some great features on the way.
Usually I wouldn't take the effort to leave a review but this one needs to be shown to the world. COD and RTO is a massive massive problems, completely eroding the margins but Hriday (founder CODFIRM) exactly understands the problem and is resourceful enough to solve them for the entire industry. This app currently streamlines the customer communication using whatsapp business api which is a massive massive win for small and medium stores. Levels the field when competing against the big shots. COD to Prepaid conversion is such a boon. Only marketplaces with total control over their websites could do it until now. This allows us to convert the COD orders just like Amazon and greatly reduces the risk of RTOs, inherent with COD orders.
The abandon cart feature is a cherry on top because it would have looked bad if stores had to use multiple whatsapp business numbers for different tasks such as OTP, Orders Tracking, Abandon cart etc. Everything in one sleek package massively improves the customer satisfaction and trust. Hriday has exciting ideas going forward which when implemented will change the landscape of COD orders, shifting the power dynamics in hands of merchants and keeping in check the notorious customers placing fraudulent orders across the internet. A quick call with Hriday is all it takes to convince anyone that CODFIRM is the partner they need and deserve in their D2C journey. Would highly recommend 10/10.
A best app for COD order confirmation. I have been using this app on my both stores. The developer team is very helpful and I have never faced any diffculty with this app. App is easy to install, configure and use. I will highly recommend you to use this app if you want to stop fruad COD orders.

Doesn't give much of use. Verification doesnt help much with reducing RTO. It's just another gimmick & just another waste of time. Also there are chances that your customer's phone numbers are exposed to a third party.

Though reviews are extremely important to us and we do everything to ensure your experience is a positive one on CODfirm, we cannot break ethical business boundaries to help any business unfairly just to prevent a negative review.
About verifications not helping much with reducing RTOs, every leading e-commerce business verifies its COD orders with an OTP to increase successful deliveries. Verifying customers' contact number reconfirms their intent to make a purchase and delivery drivers can reach them to ensure successful deliveries. Having said that, we completely agree that verification does not bring the RTOs down to zero. We are hence working on building advanced machine learning algorithms to help brands reduce their COD RTOs further. Our COD to Prepaid conversion feature (that you had early access to) is also helping brands eradicate the issue of RTOs from its root by converting them into prepaid.
Rest assured sir, we are in it to help businesses like yours reduce their COD RTOs to bare minimum. We aren't building just another app on Shopify. We are in it to solve the biggest problem of the D2C industry.
